I just cashed out the minimum for a payment to my BTC. Is there a time schedule for when these are paid out?

No, check your ePay wallet, bitcoins are sent immediately to your ePay wallet. When you did the withdrawal, you'd have seen a blue coloured "your bitcoin address" printed on the info box. That's a link to your bitcoin address on ePay.
Or, you can check it out by -
epay.info/dashboard/YOUR_BITCOIN_ADDRESS
:)

Is epay.info taking fee from all of your transfers when you withdrawing BTC to your wallet? I just requested withdrawal of 0.001 BTC to my wallet and the fee of this transfer is 0.0005 BTC.

No, I requested a withdrawl 1-2 days ago, but it got cancelled, maybe coz of lot of lagging bitcoin transactions. :ermm:
When you request a withdrawal, there is an option to set the fees which was 0 by default when I did the withdrawal.
(on the page where you check the box for terms etc, after that you get options about amount to withdraw and fees, leave the fees to zero. Or if it isn't zero, zero it by yourself. ;))
I'd recommend waiting a bit, your coins are safe in epay, you can see their tweets where they've posted about cancelled transactions. :)
